Welcome to PLTA. We are passionate about high-quality learning and teaching. Effective professional development is at the heart of what we do and our packages are tailored to meet the needs of everyone in your setting.

We offer support, training and advice for teachers, teaching assistants and school leaders in the Early Years and Primary Phases. We are able to offer the following:

  • INSET days; 

  • Staff meetings;

  • Planning support for individual teachers or phase/key stage groups;

  • Development of classroom pedagogy and provision via coaching, team teaching etc. 

  • Support advice and guidance for phase and subject leaders;

  • Learning and teaching reviews;

  • Middle leadership reviews.
